I am a Microbiologist and I completed my yoga teacher training from Brett Larkin Uplifted Yoga(U.S.A).
And I already know one thing about you, You are trying to find balance and joy in the craziness of your life. As a mom of 2 and a yoga professional - I understand how busy life gets. Yoga has had a profound and positive effect on my life since the first time I stepped on my mat. It fosters a wonderful sense of community, it's taught me to accept, love, and look after my body, it's given me the tools to slow down and chill out when life inevitably gets a bit overwhelming or stressful, and it's made me a happier and healthier person.
I love to draw on my years of experience with various styles of yoga to create a light-hearted class that incorporates breath work, mindful movement, strength work to balance out the flexibility work, and lots of personalized adjustments to help each person delve deeper into their practice.
