Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic, heat building practice in which we synchronise every movement and every transition with the breath. S0 we move, breathe and sweat. This means we move through our sequence at a little faster pace to generate heat inside our body and pushing the body into fat burning zone.
This challenging, yet accessible practise becomes a moving meditation as we build a sequence of poses and transitions throughout our session.
We incorporate prep for inversions and arm balances in our flow classes, and for those that want to try them, the full poses. This makes for a strengthening practice, but also one that increases flexibility and joint mobility.
We make this practice as accessible as possible so options and modifications are offered.
